All Naturale, Ethiopia natural is a blend of coffees from three regions. The cherries, Arabica heirlooms, are harvested between October and December and are patio dried bringing forward the sweetness of the fruit. The three green coffees are then carefully balanced to create a beautiful natural–process profile
