Urtica dioica (Nettles), Avena sativa (Oatstraw), Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek Seed), Foeniculum vulgare (Fennel Seed), Rubus idaeus (Red Raspberry Leaf), Pimpinella anisum (Anise Seed), Melissa Officinalis (Lemon Balm), Cnicus benedictus (Blessed Thistle), Rosa Canina (Rosehips), & Love!
Directions:
Drink 1-4 cups daily as desired. Place 1-2 teaspoons in 8 oz of hot water. Cover & steep for 5-20 minutes. Strain, Sip, Love, & Enjoy!
