What is blonde roast coffee?

  Blonde roast is coffee that has been roasted for a shorter period of time than medium and dark roast coffee. These under-roasted beans tend to have a light brown color. Blonde roasts and espresso feel lighter in the body than medium roast coffee but stronger than dark roast coffee.
